Safat Industries Holding Company is a Kuwaiti Stock Company (Closed) based in State of Kuwait, incorporated on 9-10-2002 as Company with Limited Liability then the Corporate entity was converted to a Holding company on 10-10-2005 in order to search for new investment opportunities, as the Company is focusing on investment in the operational Industrial sector in addition to several industrial projects which contribute in the development of the State of Kuwait.

In all its dealings and transactions, Safat Holding Company is complying with the Provsions and Controls of the Islamic Principles.

The paid up Capital of the company is KD 11,500,000, and has investments in Kuwait, GCC and Asia.
